I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
You must notify TLAA by email within 3 days of your packages’ arrival to inform us that you are returning the item. It then must be in the mail and on its way back to us within 14 days of delivery. We will consider the item sold unless this time frame is strictly adhered to. We will not accept return if you have not notified us of such.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized craft gifts
Perishable products (like food, flowers or body products)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns, exchange and refund details
I will refund or exchange products up to 7 days after USPS delivery confirmation and if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs or taxes. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through UPS.
